Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for processing equipment orders from sales reps to invoicing the customers
  • Responsible for tracking current and future sales data
  • Order, track, receive equipment from multiple manufacturers
  • Calculate commissions per outlined programs for sales reps
  • Track equipment transfers between locations
  • Inventory Control and quarterly inventory audits
  • Settle with manufacturer for equipment sold to customer
  • Track and verify all manufacturers incentives have been received
  • Process lease documents for equipment sold on lease and verify funds have been received
  • Work with department managers and provide requested reports
  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts
  • Process Journal Entries
  • Prioritizes work assignments and adapts accordingly. Initiates follow-up on pending matters. Responds to information requests and general inquiries or refers to appropriate resource
  • Backup Accounts Payable
  • Backup phones when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Accounting degree preferred
  • Understanding of Accounting principles required
  • Sales Administration experience preferred
  • Prior experience of at least 12 months in both Accounting and Sales Administration preferred
  • Must be a team player, that is organized, can multi-task and prioritize their workload
  • Must be a problem solver, with the ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
  • Prior experience of at least 12 months in both Accounting and Sales Administration preferred
Hourly, Full-Time
Compensation: DOE
Hours: Day shift – 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm -
