Primary Purpose and Essential Functions:
Accounts Payable duties include managing outgoing bills and invoices on behalf of the company. These bills might include utility payments, product or inventory invoices, employee expense accounts and reimbursements. Some of the other specific duties associated with this position include:
- Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
- Responding to vendor invoices
- Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
- Ensuring that all payments are sent on time.
- Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
- Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid.
- Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles
- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
- Analyzing financial records for accuracy
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in A/P at a high volume required.
- Must be at an expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Online QuickBooks experience required.
- Experience in accounting and GL processing a plus.
- Must be a team player, that is organized, can multi-task and prioritize their workload.
- Must be a problem solver, with the ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt, Hourly
- Full time position – 5 days per week
- Hours: Day shift – 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of golf carts
- Travel to golf courses by company vehicle, and to complexes and/or businesses in order to assist customers and address concerns
- Maintain all equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition
- Maintain general housekeeping duties in shop and property maintenance
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure consistent workflow
- Help maintain and support safety policies
- Maintain paperwork documentation
- Working conditions can vary throughout the day; it can be cold, cool, warm, hot, wet, dry and/or dusty at times
- Ability to read, write and communicate with co-workers and managers
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a technician (automotive or lawn equipment) or verifiable training, golf industry preferred, but not required
- Basic set of tools
- You must be in good physical condition; you will be required to continuously lift to 50 pounds routinely during your shift, this position will require heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, twisting and pulling daily
- Current driver's license and reliable means of transportation. Must be insurable.
- Must provide a driving abstract.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly, Full Time
Compensation: $21 – $23 per hour DOE

- Location: Seattle / Tacoma / Olympia
- Prepare and present sales / leasing proposals to customers. Negotiate and achieve agreements. Manage sales documentation.
- Conduct Product demonstrations presenting features and benefits of products as compared to competitive products.
- Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share
- Log key performance interactions (KPI’s) such as customer visits, presentations, and demos in Salesforce daily, and meet KPI activity goals.
- Sell / Lease equipment working with Parts / Service Associates to be a customer solution and build long term relationships with assigned accounts to maximize customer and company profitability.
- Manage Lease Portfolio to ensure that all leases are renewed prior to expiration and we replace new equipment on lease with new equipment.
- Manage and control sales related expenses
- Meet or exceed Company targets for units, dollars and gross profit
- Keep accurate and up to date call logs, prospect lists and mileage information
- Provide status report to sales manager as to achievement of goals and objectives
- Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and special deals
- Provide feedback to other departments
- Maintain a customer database including contact information and other vital customer information.
- Make frequent opportunity calls and generate new customers
Qualification Requirements:
Must also have mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate equipment, diagnose product issues and perform minor adjustments / repairs.
Training will be provided related to products, sales process, pricing / leasing, customer needs, etc.
Education: college degree is preferred.

General Duties/Responsibilities:
Enclosure Sewing & Fabrication Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines, cutting tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Measure and cut materials accurately using basic math and measurement skills
- Assemble enclosure components according to design specifications
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards
- Coordinate with teammates to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lift and move materials and components up to 50 lbs using team lifts when needed
Painting & Finishing Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strip and prepare surfaces for painting using mechanical and/or chemical methods
- Apply primer and finish coats with precision
- Mix and match paints and coatings as needed
- Maintain and clean spray equipment and paint stations
- Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times
- Assist in other departments when necessary and participate in cross-training
Qualification Requirements:
Enclosure Sewing:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or factory settings
- Proficient with industrial sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Team player with good communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic
Painting and Finishing:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a paint shop (preferred: automotive or parts)
- Familiarity with composite materials and structural painting
- Comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
