- Location: Seattle / Tacoma / Olympia
- Prepare and present sales / leasing proposals to customers. Negotiate and achieve agreements. Manage sales documentation.
- Conduct Product demonstrations presenting features and benefits of products as compared to competitive products.
- Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share
- Log key performance interactions (KPI’s) such as customer visits, presentations, and demos in Salesforce daily, and meet KPI activity goals.
- Sell / Lease equipment working with Parts / Service Associates to be a customer solution and build long term relationships with assigned accounts to maximize customer and company profitability.
- Manage Lease Portfolio to ensure that all leases are renewed prior to expiration and we replace new equipment on lease with new equipment.
- Manage and control sales related expenses
- Meet or exceed Company targets for units, dollars and gross profit
- Keep accurate and up to date call logs, prospect lists and mileage information
- Provide status report to sales manager as to achievement of goals and objectives
- Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and special deals
- Provide feedback to other departments
- Maintain a customer database including contact information and other vital customer information.
- Make frequent opportunity calls and generate new customers
Qualification Requirements:
Must also have mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate equipment, diagnose product issues and perform minor adjustments / repairs.
Training will be provided related to products, sales process, pricing / leasing, customer needs, etc.
Education: college degree is preferred.

SNOHOMISH, WA
We are currently seeking a Golf Car & Equipment Set up Technician at our Snohomish branch. This is a full-time position and is an awesome opportunity for a mechanically-inclined individual who is seeking a career outside of the standard day-to-day automotive industry role. Individuals interested in everything from small engine repair, electrical diagnosis, accessory installation and design, and equipment assembly can excel in this position. General Duties/Responsibilities:

Assemble new golf carts for stock/fleet/retail sold and install any requested accessories.

Perform complete inspection and refurbishment of pre-owned golf carts to include (but not limited to); replacement of cowl/body/roof, installation of a large variety of accessories, custom wheels/tires.

Cleaning and detailing units prior to sale.

Perform thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure quality.

Setup of golf cars and turf equipment

Diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of golf cars

Write service reports that accurately reflect work performed and parts used

Maintain all equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition

Maintain general housekeeping duties in shop and property maintenance

Work with the Service Manager to ensure consistent work flow

Help maintain and support safety policies

Ability to read, write and communicate with co-workers and managers
Qualification Requirements:
-
1 year of applicable experience. Vehicle accessory installation, equipment set up, mechanic, technician, or maintenance. Golf industry experience a plus.

Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge

Basic set of hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic tools

Ability to clearly follow written and verbal instructions

Must be in good physical condition; requiring continuous lifting up to 50 pounds routinely during the course of a shift. This position requires heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, twisting and pulling on a daily basis

Current driver's license and reliable means of transportation and must be insurable
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly, Full Time
Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour DOE

We are a Regional Equipment Distributor seeking a Retail & Commercial Sales Rep to be responsible for sales related to Retail, Commercial and Industrial products for EZGO and Cushman in the Spokane territory. The position will handle all aspects of the sales process of new and used equipment.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and guests with assistance during their visit to the branch.
- Handle sales for walk-in customers by presenting the products, providing product information, pricing, and completing the sales process.
- Drive sales by prospecting and selling over the phone, logging interactions within Salesforce and DP360.
- Maintain and grow business with key accounts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, priced and presentable showroom.
- Maintain showroom inventory online and posted to online marketplaces for Spokane Branch.
- Receive and process requests for product revisions online for company website for Spokane Branch.
- Assist with and initiate product shows or customer events.
- Answer phone calls coming into the Spokane Sales Line, and direct callers to appropriate department or employee.
- Performs general office functions: copies, scans, faxes, distributing documents, maintain office supplies, general filing, and recordkeeping.
- Administrative duties assisting other departments, as needed.
- Creating new business and customers through prospecting with visits to large potential commercial accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Sales of equipment experience preferred.
- Associate degree or more preferred.
- Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
- Must be highly motivated and eager to drive sales and find new sales customers.
- Candidate must have an attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
- Quality customer service a must
- General office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, typing 45 wpm, and general knowledge of a 10-key calculator CRT/Data Entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Must be insurable to drive company vehicles.
- Experience with driving while pulling a trailer, a plus.
- Ability to solve practical problems and ability to read/interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Compensation: Competitive wage of $40k - $45k per year, plus commission, and bonus plans
