As a product delivery driver, you’ll be delivering more than just equipment. You’ll play a critical role in delivering on our promise to provide our customers with excellent customer service.
This is a fast-paced and physically engaging environment, where you manage a daily delivery schedule to safely and securely prep, load, deliver and/or pick-up golf carts & other equipment.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prep, load, and deliver equipment (rentals, customer units, new fleets, etc.)
- Travel required away from the local area, including occasional overnight stays and weekends, as needed.
- Golf cart assembly of accessories.
- Assisting techs with maintaining and minor repairs for a variety of golf carts and other equipment
- Assist in maintaining all equipment and keeping tools in good working condition.
- Maintain general housekeeping duties in the shop and property maintenance.
- Run errands.
- Help maintain and support safety policies.
- Maintain required paperwork documentation.
- Must be a team player, that represents the company in a professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification Requirements:
- A CDL and/or at least 2 years driving experience pulling a trailer, is preferred.
- Experience with driving, pulling a trailer required.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate with co-workers and managers.
- Must have good organizational skills and be a self-starter.
- Mechanically inclined and/or have experience working on equipment or general building maintenance preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Current driver's license with a reliable means of transportation and must be insurable.
- Must be in good physical condition; will be required to continuously lift to 50 pounds during the shift. This position will require heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, twisting, and pulling on a daily basis.

Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: To provide exceptional customer service as well as administrative support for the service department.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls directed to the service department and follow up with customers in a professional manner• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Review & process technician notes. Ensure accuracy and that notes are presented in a way that is easy to understand
• Preparing service quotes and relay to customers
• Open, review, and close repair orders. Ensure accuracy and file warranty claims

• Pick up and deliver of customer equipment/carts (company provided vehicles)
• Travel to golf courses, complexes and/or businesses in order to assist customers and address concerns
• Maintain equipment, shop, property, and tools.
• Maintain accurate and reliable records
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for customers and employees
• Create a professional and positive experience for customers
• Work 40 hours per week with possible overtime based on customer and seasonal demands
Ability to read, write and communicate with managers and co-workers

Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a John Deere technician or verifiable training and work experience combined, required• Knowledge of golf industry, preferred
• Golf cart and non-John Deere turf equipment experience a plus
• Experience driving while towing a trailer, preferred
• Basic set of tools (company will provide John Deere specific tools as needed), required
• Must be in good physical condition; you will be required to continuously lift up to 50 pounds routinely during the course of your shift, this position will require heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, twisting and pulling on a daily basis
• Must possess a current driver's license and must be insurable. Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Able to travel to neighboring islands
Day Shift: Monday – Friday
Wages: Starting at $28+ per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative at our Kapolei, Hawaii branch on Oahu.who has a commitment to customer service and an aptitude for sales. General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service for all associated product lines to customers calling or walking into the store.
- Fill parts requests for service technicians and sales staff.
- Shipping and receiving duties.
- Warehouse responsibilities
- Use computerized inventory systems, parts libraries, and cad drawings to look up and process parts orders.
- Order parts from suppliers and communicate lead times.
- Participate in rolling inventory checks.
- Speak clearly and persuasively in a positive manner when interacting with customers.
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week and longer hours as required to meet customer and seasonal demands.
- Assist in keeping parts department clean, including desk, warehouse, shipping receiving, etc.
- May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualification Requirements:
- 2 years of parts experience required.
- John Deere equipment parts experience preferred.
- Shipping & Receiving experience a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- HS diploma, college degree a plus
- Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
- Good computer skills are required.
- General office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, typing 45 wpm and general knowledge of a 10-key calculator CRT/Data Entry.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to solve practical problems and ability to read/interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
