I am composing this message as recognition for some outstanding customer service I have received from Kaiden Stief, stationed in your service department in your Portland branch. I had to have my golf cart serviced there as mechanical things do eventually wear out and I chose to have it done at your facility.

In my working career, many of my positions entailed customer service, developing programs and training of staff to handle many different situations involving all types of issues. This can be very taxing to those answering the phone calls of what can be sometimes upset and unruly clients. I was very thankful for the support that Kaiden always treated my inquiring calls had, answering any questions I might have had and if she could not answer anything directly, I received a call back with an answer and explanation for it.Many times these types of communication come as bad news about someone in the link of an organization, yet this is just the opposite of that. Kaiden is a credit to your service department and a shining example of what can be great in a service department.

I recently purchased a second golf cart from Pacific Golf. The price good and they added lights to the cart. It was detailed, clean and ready to go three days early. Plan to purchase another in a year or two.
